Cinnamon Cranberry Peanut Butter Bites

Directions
  1. Place peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract in medium microwave safe bowl and place in microwave for 30-45 seconds to warm for easy mixing.
  2. Add all other ingredients to mixture and stir with spatula until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Using a small cookie scoop or dinner spoon, scoop mixture and roll into bite size balls.
  4. Eat immediately, store in refrigerator for a few weeks, or freeze for up to several months.
