Creamy Berry Pops

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together milk, yogurt, honey and vanilla.
  2. Place 2 raspberries in the bottom of each of the popsicle molds. Distribute blueberries evenly among the popsicle molds. Place a slice of strawberry in each mold.
  3. Pour the milk mixture into a 2 cup glass measuring cup and carefully pour milk mixture over fruit and evenly into the molds.
  4. Place popsicle sticks in the molds and freeze for 4-6 hours or overnight. If using metal molds, place briefly in warm water to release the popsicles. If using silicone molds just peel back the mold and pop them out.

Recipe Substitutions
Substitute plain or another flavored Greek yogurt, vanilla is a good choice. Any combination of seasonal berries will work.

  • 1/2cupfresh raspberries(about 2.5 ounces or 20 berries)
  • 1/2cupfresh blueberries(about 2.5 ounces)
  • 2large strawberrieseach sliced into 5 slices
