Green Goddess Dressing

Directions
  1. Measure sour cream, onions, herbs, garlic, lemon juice, vinegar, salt and pepper into blender or food processer.
  2. Process ingredients until smooth and fully combined.
  3. Chill dressing prior to serving, it can be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to three days.
Chef’s Narrative
This simple dressing is chock full of fresh herbs. Light and flavorful, it also makes a great dip! Drizzle over your favorite lettuces and fresh vegetables (we like shaved asparagus, tomatoes, radishes and cucumbers), and toss in hard cooked eggs for extra flavor and color.
