Directions
Pre-heat oven or grill to 350ºF.
Thoroughly mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Divide into 4 equal pieces and form each piece into a ball.
Form each ball into a log like shape around a skewer. The kebab will measure about 8 inches long and 1 inch in diameter.
Place kebabs on a parchment paper lined or lightly oiled sheet pan or on a lightly oiled, pre-heated grill. If using oven place sheet pan in oven. Cook kebabs about 15 – 20 minutes, to an internal temperature of 165ºF degrees, turning occasionally.
