Matcha Nut Butter Bites

  1. In a food processor, grind the nuts until completely smooth. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as necessary.
  2. Once the nuts are blended smooth, add matcha powder, vanilla extract, almond extract, and honey. Blend until combined. Transfer to a bowl.
  3. Mix in old fashioned oats, hemp hearts, and chia seeds. Stir until combined.
  4. Roll into 1 tablespoon balls and store in refrigerator for up to 7 days.
Chef’s Narrative
These snack-size bites are a fun way to include some additional healthy fat and fiber in your diet. Add additional honey if mixture is dry. Also, for a smoother texture bite, place all ingredients in food processor.
