Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 475°F
  2. Measure all ingredients for your favorite spice combination into a large bowl. Mix or whisk to combine.
  3. Place chicken pieces in mixture and coat well.
  4. Place chicken on foil or parchment lined sheet pan, using a sharp knife make 3 diagonal slits in each chicken breast and pour remaining mixture over chicken and rub into slits.
  5. Cook for ~25 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F, let rest for 10 minutes and enjoy!
