Shirred Eggs
Serving Size:1|Prep Time:5minutes|Cook Time:10-12minutes

Directions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Evenly spread butter over bottom and sides of one ramekin. Place ramekin on a baking sheet.
  3. Add cream then crack egg into ramekin. Add other ingredients if using.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes until whites are set and yolk is cooked to desired doneness.

Recipe Substitutions
For a lower saturated fat variation, try using olive oil and lower fat version, try vegetable stock or juice in replace of the butter and cream
