Soft Boiled Eggs

  1. Put about 2 inches of water in a sauce pan over high heat.
  2. Add eggs and put a lid on the pot.
  3. Set timer for 6 minutes and gently boil.
  4. Put pan in sink and run some cold water over them. This helps them stop cooking and easier to handle.
  5. With a butter knife cut in half and scoop out with a spoon
