Chef’s Narrative
Cheese fondue is a fabulous way to celebrate with a group or as a course for an intimate Valentine dinner for two. Pair with assorted dippers like cubed bread, boiled new potatoes, sliced radishes, asparagus, lightly steamed broccoli or cauliflower florets, cherry tomatoes, apples and pears. Sliced sausages are delicious too!
