Directions
In large pot over medium heat sauté onions in olive oil until soft.
Add chopped garlic and sauté for a few more minutes.
Add ground turkey and cook until no pink remains.
Add chicken broth, salt, pepper, beans, and salsa verde.
Simmer on medium-low heat for about an hour, until liquid reduces and chili slightly thickens.
Top with fresh cilantro and chopped onion.
