Ingredients
- 2 Gwendolyn's™ Organic eggs
- ½ cup Lulubelle's™ Creamery whole milk,
- ½ cup water
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons Lulubelle's™ Creamery butter, melted
Nutritional Information
- Fill with berries to boost the antioxidant content in the final dish.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, water and salt.
- Whisk in flour.
- Melt the butter in a skillet or crepe pan and add to the batter.
- Heat skillet/crepe pan over medium heat. Pour ¼ cup of batter into the pan. A measuring cup works well for scooping batter. Cook for 30 seconds or so on each side.
- Serve right away or cool for use later. They can be refrigerated or frozen for later use.
