- 1 slice thick bread
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon Lulubelle's™ Creamery unsalted butter
- 1/16 teaspoon salt
- 1/12 teaspoon pepper

- Cook 3 minutes and turn over.
- Gently drop egg into hole and cook 3 minutes.
- Carefully flip egg and bread over, and cook for another 30 to 40 seconds, until egg is cooked as desired.
