  • 1 15.5oz can white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 clove cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • A few dashes of water, if needed
