  • ½ cup frozen sliced peaches
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 cup unsweetened soy milk
  • ½ cup favorite granola
  • ¼ cup raisins
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • teaspoon cinnamon (2 dashes)
  • teaspoon turmeric powder (2 dashes)
Green Tranquil Smoothie Bowl
  • 1 medium banana, frozen
  • 1 medjool date
  • ½ cup baby kale
  • 5 ice cubes
  • ¾ cup Lulubelle’s Almond High Protein Milk
  • 1 teaspoon maca powder
  • cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • ¼ cup slivered almonds
  • 2 teaspoons hemp hearts

  1. Place berries, peaches, flaxseed, turmeric powder, and soy milk into blender and blend on high for 1 minute.
  2. Pour smoothie mixture into bowl and top with granola, raisins, chia seeds, cinnamon and turmeric.
For Green Tranquil Smoothie Bowl:
  1. Place banana, date, kale, ice cubes, milk, and maca powder into blender and blend on high for 1 minute.
  2. Pour smoothie mixture into small bowl and top with blueberries, almonds, and hemp hearts.
