    Ingredients
- 1 pound Silver Sage Farms™ ground beef
 - 1 onion, diced
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 green pepper, diced
 - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
 - 2 tablespoons ancho chili powder
 - 2 teaspoons ground cumin
 - 3/4 teaspoon ground coriander
 - 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
 - 1/4 cup cocoa powder
 - 1 15-ounch can tomato sauce
 - 1 15-ounch can diced fire roasted tomatoes
 - 3 cups cooked black beans, or 2, 15-ounce cans black beans, rinsed and drained
 - 1 teaspoon sugar
 - 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
 - 1/2 cup beef broth
 - 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

- Tomatoes are excellent sources of vitamin C and a potent antioxidant called lycopene.
 - Just a ½ cup of black beans provides 7 grams of plant-based protein and over 8 grams of fiber!
 
- Brown ground beef in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat.
 - Add onion and garlic and cook until onion is soft. Add bell pepper and cook stirring frequently for two minutes.
 - Stir in cayenne, ancho chile powder, cumin, coriander, paprika and cocoa powder.
 - Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes and black beans.
 - Add sugar, salt and black pepper.
 - Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes, add beef broth and red wine vinegar. Stir well and bring to a simmer, cover and cook for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
 - Garnish with your favorite toppings, such as grated cheese, sour cream, and chopped scallions.
