Green Garden Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 4 fl oz water
  • 3 fl oz Papaya Nectar Juice
  • 2 fl oz lemon juice
  • ½ cup Frozen pineapple
  • ½ cup Frozen mango
  • ½ cup Frozen sliced bananas
  • ½ cup Kale, washed and destemmed
  • 2 tablespoons Frozen avocado chunks
  • 3 grams or walnut sized piece of ginger root, peeled
