Ingredients
- 5 ounces roasted salted macadamia nuts
- 5 ounces raw unsalted cashews
- 1 tablespoon Matcha
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup gluten-free old-fashioned oats
- 1/4 cup hemp hearts
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
Nutritional Information
- Matcha contains epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), a plant compound shown to contain beneficial antioxidant properties.
- In a food processor, grind the nuts until completely smooth. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as necessary.
- Once the nuts are blended smooth, add matcha powder, vanilla extract, almond extract, and honey. Blend until combined. Transfer to a bowl.
- Mix in old fashioned oats, hemp hearts, and chia seeds. Stir until combined.
- Roll into 1 tablespoon balls and store in refrigerator for up to 7 days.
