Matcha Nut Butter Bites

Ingredients

  • 5 ounces roasted salted macadamia nuts
  • 5 ounces raw unsalted cashews
  • 1 tablespoon Matcha
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup gluten-free old-fashioned oats
  • 1/4 cup hemp hearts
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Nutritional Information

  • Matcha contains epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG), a plant compound shown to contain beneficial antioxidant properties.

  1. In a food processor, grind the nuts until completely smooth. Scrape down the sides of the bowl as necessary.
  2. Once the nuts are blended smooth, add matcha powder, vanilla extract, almond extract, and honey. Blend until combined. Transfer to a bowl.
  3. Mix in old fashioned oats, hemp hearts, and chia seeds. Stir until combined.
  4. Roll into 1 tablespoon balls and store in refrigerator for up to 7 days.
