Mocktail Madness

Ingredients

Cucumber Refresher
  • 1/2 cucumber washed and roughly chopped
  • 6-10 mint leaves
  • 1/2 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 1/4 ci[ Sam’s ginger beer
  • 2-4 dashes grapefruit bitters
Strawberry Spritz
  • 5 whole strawberries
  • 6 basil leaves
  • 8 ounces plain/original kombucha
Blue-Mary Sparkler
  • 3 inch sprig fresh rosemary
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 1/2 cups sparkling water

Cucumber Refresher
  1. In a blender, blend cucumber, mint, lime juice and water. Strain out the solid pieces and reserve the liquid.
  2. Stir the blended liquid into the ginger beer with the grapefruit bitters.
  3. Divide between two ice-filled glasses. Garnish with a slice of cucumber or a mint leaf.
Strawberry Spritz
  1. Muddle together strawberries and basil leaves.
  2. Divide between two glasses, Top with ice and fill with kombucha. Alternatively, add kombucha to strawberry mixture, stir, and strain.
Blue-Mary Sparkler
  1. Muddle together rosemary leaves, lemon juice, honey, and blueberries.
  2. Strain through a fine mesh strainer, pressing on contents to squeeze out as much juice as possible. Stir in the sparkling water and pour over ice.
