- 1 large Gwendolyn's™ Organic egg
- 1/2 tablespoon Lulubelle's™ Creamery butter,
- 1 tablespoon Lulubelle's™ Creamery heavy cream
- 1/2 tablespoon chopped herbs, optional
- other additions - cheese, chopped bacon, ham or veggies

- Eggs contain two potent antioxidants, lutein and zeaxanthin, that support vision and eye health
- Eggs are a great source of high quality protein and B vitamins
- Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
- Evenly spread butter over bottom and sides of one ramekin. Place ramekin on a baking sheet.
- Add cream then crack egg into ramekin. Add other ingredients if using.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until whites are set and yolk is cooked to desired doneness.
