Shirred Eggs

Ingredients

  • 1 large Gwendolyn's™ Organic egg
  • 1/2 tablespoon Lulubelle's™ Creamery butter,
  • 1 tablespoon Lulubelle's™ Creamery heavy cream
  • 1/2 tablespoon chopped herbs, optional
  • other additions - cheese, chopped bacon, ham or veggies

  1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Evenly spread butter over bottom and sides of one ramekin. Place ramekin on a baking sheet.
  3. Add cream then crack egg into ramekin. Add other ingredients if using.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes until whites are set and yolk is cooked to desired doneness.
