Creamy Berry Pops

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 cup whole milk Honey Greek Yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries (about 2.5 ounces or 20 berries)
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries (about 2.5 ounces)
  • 2 large strawberries each sliced into 5 slices

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together milk, yogurt, honey and vanilla.
  2. Place 2 raspberries in the bottom of each of the popsicle molds. Distribute blueberries evenly among the popsicle molds. Place a slice of strawberry in each mold.
  3. Pour the milk mixture into a 2 cup glass measuring cup and carefully pour milk mixture over fruit and evenly into the molds.
  4. Place popsicle sticks in the molds and freeze for 4-6 hours or overnight. If using metal molds, place briefly in warm water to release the popsicles. If using silicone molds just peel back the mold and pop them out.
